The success story of the Eickhoff corporate group began over 140 years

ago with the founding of a foundry and engineering facility for the coal

mining industry. Eickhoff has been producing gearboxes resulting in the

current EICOGEAR line for the technically demanding drive trains of wind

turbines for 20 years. In-depth expert knowledge, rigorous quality

assurance, extensive experience and an innovative spirit and passion 

for technology all contribute to the production of high quality and

exceptionally efficient gearboxes. 

The Eickhoff Group has a foundry specializing in high quality cast

components and processing. Together with the  gear manufacture and the

heat treatment facility – all under the roof of the Eickhoff Group of

companies – this provides control of the production of all the primary

gearbox components.

This, in turn, enables reliable and complete quality control to the highest

standard.
